Responsibilities
Process weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual State Withholding and Sales Tax accounts for our national client base
Research State Tax Laws to ensure we are providing our clients with the most accurate information possible
Execute the calculation and payment of Taxes for your assigned clients
Continually improve your knowledge regarding best practices for Tax Processing
Provide a high-level of customer service at all times

Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Human Resources Generalist experience – 4+
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
In this position you will be administering human resource policies and programs, balancing employee advocacy and business operating needs
Assuring company policies are administered fairly and consistently throughout the area of responsibility
Recruiting and interviewing potential applicants on experience, skills, and education
Organizing and managing new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
Providing information on employee benefits, programs, and education
Advising on benefits needs or evaluate benefit contract bids
Covering all legal compliance for human resource federal and state requirements
Maintaining employee records and paperwork
Answering employee questions and addressing employee concerns with the company; including employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
